Conference venue and Hotel information

cONFERENCE VENUES

The 2026 AJPA Annual Conference will take place across two separate venue locations in New York City.

Wednesday, June 3: Conference sessions will be held at the UJA-Federation of New York, located at:
130 E. 59th St.
New York, NY 10022.

Thursday, June 4: Conference sessions will be held at the Center for Jewish History, located at:
15 W. 16th St.
New York, NY 10011.

Please note all conference sessions will take place at the two venues above. No conference sessions will be held at the discounted room block hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City New York. The hotel is provided for discounted accommodation purposes only.

AJPA has secured a discounted room rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City New York, conveniently located one block from Queens Plaza subway station and 10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan.

Conference attendees can book rooms for $275 per night, plus taxes and fees.

We encourage you to book early! The deadline to receive the discounted conference rate is Friday, May 1, 2026. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be available at the discounted rate.

Please note that no conference sessions will be held at the hotel. 
Daily transportation details from the Hilton Garden Inn Long Island City New York to each conference venue will be shared soon.
