It’s been a year since the horrible Hamas attacks on Israel that killed more than 1200 Israelis and led to the capture of hundreds of hostages including American citizens. The recent executions of six of the hostages by the terrorists and the recent barrage of ballistic missiles aimed at Israel from Iran have increased tensions as Israel Defense Forces enter a new facet of the war with a campaign in Lebanon aimed at diffusing the threat from Hezbollah.

Still, the fate of the hostages remains at the top of the concerns for their family members here in the U.S. The A.J.P.A. in concert with the families of several American hostages and victims will be presenting a special webinar “One Year and Counting: Hostages, Victims and Their Families” on Thursday, October 10 at 1:00 p.m. EDT.

Joining moderator Alan Smason will be Adi and Yael Alexander, the parents of American hostage Edan Alexander; Andrea Weinstein, the sister of murdered American hostages Judi Weinstein and Gad Haggai; and Jonathan Dekel-Chen, the father of American hostage Sagui Dekel-Chen.

Registration is free for members. A confirmation email and Zoom link will be sent following registration.
