AJPA Webinar: Finding a Safe Jewish Place in the LGBTQ+ Community

June is traditionally observed as Pride Month across the United States, a time when LGBTQ+ individuals can express themselves in public as part of a greater community. However, since October 7, many forces within the greater LGBTQ+ community have embraced anti-Israel policies charging Israel with genocide and using chants like “From the river to the sea” that have made longtime Jewish LGBTQ+ members feel uncomfortable or threatened. Join host Alan Smason as he welcomes Ethan Felson, Andrea Beth and Nate Looney from A Wider Bridge, who will discuss their recent experiences with Pride marches. We expect others to be on the call, too, for an important discussion during Pride Month.

Registration is free for members. A confirmation email and Zoom link will be sent following registration.
