Publisher and editor of the new online, independent, state-wide New Mexico Jewish Journal: news, arts, culture and spirituality, at www.nmjewishjournal.com. I'm also a journalist and photojournalist, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and cover social and environmental issues in the Southwest, with a focus on Jewish and Navajo cultures. and have earned eight Rockowers over the last eight years in diverse categories. I was formerly the senior correspondent for the NM Jewish Link (closed 2022), and my work has also appeared in Hadassah, Lilith, Tikkun, Intermountain Jewish News, Times of Israel and Memoir Monday, and as regular contributor to the Chicago Tribune and Tribune Sunday Magazine, Gallup Independent and Navajo Times newspapers.
